These terms apply between Varanger Panorama Camping (owner Sale & Pepe Holding AS, Org.nr: 930 980 935) and the person who, either themselves or through someone else, books or pays for a pitch at Varanger Panorama Camping. The booker/payer is referred to as the "Customer" in the terms. The provider is listed as "Varanger Panorama Camping".
The booking/payment applies to the rental of camping pitches at Varanger Panorama Camping. The customer is obliged to follow Varanger Panorama Camping's «Rules».
To book and pay for a camping pitch on the website https://varanger-panorama.com/ the customer must be at least 18 years old. To complete payment of the fee, a bank card or Vipps and BankID or equivalent is required. Payment is made directly, also at the time of booking.
The price includes rental of camping pitches, booking fee and any connection (including consumption) of electricity.
All pitches are booked from 12:00 to 12:00.
The stated pitch includes safety distances of up to 4 meters to neighboring pitches. The safety distance also applies to fixed installations such as awnings etc.
Caravans and cars are parked in the designated place to maintain a safety distance of 4 meters.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the information on the booking confirmation is correct. Booking confirmation is sent via e-mail and as a text message (SMS). In case of errors, Varanger Panorama Camping must be contacted within 7 days after receiving the confirmation, but no later than 24 hours before arrival.
All prices are NOK and include VAT.
Cancellation can only be made online via the link in the e-mail confirmation. The customer can cancel up to 72 hours before the start of the stay and receive a refund of the booking value.
The cancellation fee (kr.40.-) is not refunded upon cancellation.
The customer shall maintain the protection they consider necessary, such as liability, vehicle, accident and baggage insurance. Varanger Panorama Camping is not liable for damage or loss caused by third parties, nor for property left behind.
The customer undertakes to take good care of the rental object and the facility, follow the house rules, instructions and regulations that apply, and ensure that fellow travelers/own visitors do the same.
Between 22:00 and 08:00 the customer/guests shall show the utmost consideration and quietness towards other guests.
Regulations for safety distances when setting up caravans and motorhomes must be followed. The distance between two units must be at least four meters.
Instructions for waste sorting must be followed. Please note that only household waste is handled at Varanger Panorama Camping.
Payment of the fee is made online.

Varanger Panorama Camping reserves the right to send information and marketing via e-mail or SMS on special occasions.
In the event of severe weather/storm above 28 m/s, the campsite and area will be closed. Everyone must then leave the area with their vehicles and belongings. The area will be closed with a barrier. SMS/email will be sent to those who have bookings during this period. The amount for the period when the motorhome camp is closed will be refunded.
This is an agreement drawn up between the customer (booker) and Varanger Panorama Camping.
The agreement terminates with immediate effect if:
Contact us with any complaints. Please note that the chances of the matter being corrected may be reduced if the customer delays the complaint.
In the event of war, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics and other events that may be considered force majeure, Varanger Panorama Camping may terminate the agreement, whereby customers and guests shall be notified as quickly as possible. In such cases, Varanger Panorama Camping is obliged to refund the amount paid, with the exception of the benefit derived from the site.
